  I already created the bookmark named "intro" and checked it has been created successfully, but when I wanted to create a hyperlink to link. Asked another way, is there a way to directly reference the Bookmarks we've created in the manual so users link directly to each from OneDrive?

However, for something like a manual, you should only be making it available as a pdf file and if you bookmark the sections of text that you want the user to be able to quickly access and then you insert Hyperlinks in the document to a place in the document defined by the bookmark and you save the file as a pdf file, then when the file is opened and the user clicks on one of the hyperlinks, they will be take to the relevant place in the document.
